We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from ASKSA. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options.


A. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all apparel items. Returns are accepted for change of mind, size issues, or any other reason within 30 days of receipt.

Return Window & Condition

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Condition for Full Refund: Items must be in like-new condition:

    • Unworn (except for trying on for size)

    • Unwashed, unaltered

    • All original tags attached

    • Original packaging intact

Note: Trying on an item for size is permitted and does not affect return eligibility.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1 – Contact Us: Email sales@asksa.net within 30 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2 – Receive RMA: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm the return address within 1 business day. The 30-day return requirement is met once you contact us within this period.

Step 3 – Ship the Item: Securely package the item, include the RMA number inside, and ship it to the address below. Returns without an RMA may be delayed or rejected.

Important:

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. ASKSA is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

  • Do not send returns to the business address listed on our Contact page. That address is for business correspondence only.

Return Shipping Costs



Situation Who Pays
Item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or has a confirmed manufacturing defect We pay (we will provide a return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs)
Return is due to change of mind, size/fit issues, or style preference You pay (estimated return shipping cost from the US to China is approximately $10–$20 USD, depending on carrier and weight)

Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Processing

  • Inspection: We will notify you of approval status within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.

  • Approval: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.

  • Partial Refunds: May be granted for items that are not in like-new condition or show signs of excessive use.

Exchanges & Order Cancellations

  • Exchanges: We process exchanges through a return-and-repurchase method. Once your return is refunded, you may place a new order for the desired item.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if they are still "Unfulfilled" or "Processing." Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure.


B. Warranty Policy

Commercial Warranty

All ASKSA apparel is covered against manufacturing defects (such as seam splits, faulty zippers, or unraveling hems) for 30 days from the date of delivery. If a defect is suspected, please contact us for priority resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

Statutory Warranty Rights

In addition to our commercial warranty, your purchase is protected under the consumer laws of your country.

  • For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, statutory warranty rights of at least 2 years apply for faulty or misdescribed goods.

  • Covered: Defects in material or workmanship present at delivery under normal use.

  • Not Covered: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • A description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence

We will review your claim and provide a solution in accordance with our warranty policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
