Shipping Destinations & Costs
Where We Ship: ASKSA currently ships to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, and Italy.
For other countries, you can confirm real-time availability by selecting your country at checkout.
Shipping Costs:
- Free Shipping on all orders over $45 USD.
- Orders under $45 USD are charged a standard shipping fee of $4 USD.
Shipping Method & Delivery Timeline
All orders are dispatched from our warehouses in China. Final delivery is completed by your local postal or courier service.
Estimated Transit Time (after dispatch):
- United States, Australia, Canada: 7–12 business days
- European countries (listed above): 7–15 business days
- Other serviced destinations: 7–20 business days
*Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Order Handling Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
- Tracking may activate within 24 hours and can take 24–48 hours to update.
- Track your package at: 17track.net
- If tracking does not work, please contact us and we will assist within 24 hours.
Shipping Notes
- We ship to residential, business, and PO Box addresses (where supported by the carrier). If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with family members, neighbors, or building security.
- Delivery timelines are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday).
- Major holidays may cause delivery delays.
- All orders ship from China.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
- Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered complete. If your package is marked “Delivered” but missing, please contact us immediately. We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
- While we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather or emergencies), we are always here to help and will do our best to support you.
Import Duties & Taxes
- No Hidden Fees: Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.
Customs & Compliance
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring their order complies with local import laws and regulations.
- Orders to the U.S. must meet U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for the latest rules.
Changing the Shipping Address
- If your order has not shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to update the address.
- If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Any additional costs or consequences resulting from an incorrect address are the customer’s responsibility. We will do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier to attempt an address change.
- If a change is not processed before delivery and the package is returned to us, we can re-ship to the updated address. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the carrier’s return status and destination.
