Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $25 USD

  • **$4 USD** standard shipping fee for orders under $25 USD

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

  • Track your package at 17track.net

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment

Import Duties & Taxes – Please Read Carefully

All prices and shipping fees displayed at checkout do NOT include import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.

These charges, if applicable, are solely the responsibility of the customer. They are collected by the destination country's customs authority and are not charged by ASKSA. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Address Changes

  • If your order has not shipped, contact us immediately to update the address.

  • If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Any additional costs due to an incorrect address are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order is marked "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with family members, neighbors, or building security.

  • If still missing, contact us immediately. We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

  • ASKSA is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (severe weather, customs holds, carrier strikes, etc.), but we will do our best to support you.
